iAffirm Impact Foundation – SOS Empowerment Convergence
- General Disclaimer
By participating in the SOS Empowerment Convergence (the “Event”), attendees (including minors and their guardians) acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Participation in the Event is voluntary, and attendees assume all risks associated with their stay and participation. - Assumption of Risk
Attendees understand that the Event may include activities in an environment with inherent risks, including but not limited to the presence of a swimming pool, natural outdoor spaces, and physical activities. All participants and their guardians voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or other harm that may arise from these activities. - Chaperoned Environment
The Event will take place in a chaperoned environment, with designated chaperones responsible for overseeing attendees, particularly minors. However, chaperones are not responsible for continuously monitoring all activities, and attendees are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and follow all safety guidelines. - Swimming Pool
The premises include a swimming pool, which will be available for use by attendees. Please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty. All participants must use the pool at their own risk. Minors are required to have adult supervision at all times when in or around the pool area. - Health and Safety
Attendees must disclose any medical conditions or special needs to Event organizers in advance. The iAffirm Impact Foundation is not liable for any medical emergencies or incidents that occur during the Event. It is recommended that attendees carry their own health insurance coverage. - Release of Liability
By attending the Event, participants and their guardians release iAffirm Impact Foundation, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from participation in the Event, including any incidents occurring on or around the premises. - Property Damage
Attendees are responsible for any damage they cause to the property or facilities during the Event. The iAffirm Impact Foundation reserves the right to seek reimbursement for any damages caused by attendees. - Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The iAffirm Impact Foundation is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the Event. - Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the Event. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by Event organizers may result in the participant being asked to leave the Event without a refund or recourse. - Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency, attendees must follow the instructions provided by Event staff and chaperones. Emergency contact information should be provided by each participant upon registration. - Changes to Terms
The iAffirm Impact Foundation reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
