Who We Are
iAffirm Impact Foundation is committed to helping build self-esteem and empowering youth to have a higher level of courage that will give them the freedom to express the beauty of their inner-self with confidence and in the spirit of excellence through our programs, Our program are designed to promote and encourages positive self-acceptance, self- awareness, self-worthiness, self-love all while on the self-discovery journey. We believe these are some of the most important qualities a child can possess. Through our specialized techniques, iAffirm Impact provides a “safe space” for young people to have open dialogues to ensure that they are aware of their individual uniqueness and power they already possess.
Program Outcomes
Our curriculum helps youth create personal development goals centered on self-identity, self-worth, and self-importance. As a result of our program, youth will leave with a greater experience a higher sense of self-awareness and a stronger sense of self-esteem understanding and knowing that it is okay to use your voice no matter how big or small in volume.

Shawanna Kennedy the founder, and CEO of the iAffirm Impact Foundation. Believe that with the right measure of positive influence spoken into a person’s life… especially the life of a child, in their primary stages of development it can strengthen, enrich and empower their mind while building necessary confidence. And by doing so, they will not only survive in life but thrive…this will enable them to stand and when needed speak up and out against being mishandled along the way.
